Solid steel-framed construction, the Laundry / Washroom is a stand-alone building or can be connected to an existing building with mains power, sewerage and water.

• External, IP 66 rated, Electrical Distribution Board for mains power connection
• External EDB is fitted with 1 x 2 pole 10amp circuit breaker
• Australian compliant fixtures, 3 Pin GPO, exhaust fan, internal ceiling light and light switch

• All fixtures & fittings are WELS WATERMARK AS/NZS 6400:2016 water efficiency rated and compliant

Final Connections:

• Final connection of electrical by others
